Matei Dumitrescu is not new to entrepreneurship. Already after finishing high school, he knew that he needed to do his own thing and be his own boss. Since then, he has counted over 15 years of experience in small and medium enterprises. Today, however, he’s mainly focused on Cosul de Legume and its organic vegetable production. We sat down with him to find out more about his venture.
