Ponika Ltd. have just set up our first aquaponics commercial system (400 m2) – one of largest in Europe, able to produce 1 t of fresh herbs and 90 kg of fish/month. Their next system will recuperate waste heat from industries (e.g. bakeries, breweries, biogas plants). But their main strength lies in our business model: they target industries with waste heat for all year production and farmers for seasonal production. Our vision: a netwwork of more than 200 aquaponic food producers in the next 10 years.
