After 25 years in the corporate banking industry, Herbert Prutky founded an advisory business that supports companies to generate, analyze, develop and improve their business models. As Herbert is an accepted financing expert he additionally supports small and medium sized companies to refinance their business adequately, independently if debt capital or equity is required. Based on his international experience in CEE/SEE he is familiar with different cultures and approaches which strengthens his empathy, flexibility and attentiveness dealing with various point of views.
Since 2005 Herbert is also active as a university teacher and supervisor of many scientific papers, focused on corporate finance, business modelling and real estate business. His own master thesis dealt with business and investment ethics.
Herbert is a funny and straightforward guy, who just co-develops a new business model called impact consulting.
